Who can see my workflows?

Your workflows are private by default. No one else can see your workflows unless you explicitly choose to share them to the community marketplace. When you share a workflow, only the workflow steps are shared—your personal execution data and any credentials remain private.

How does Linefox handle my data?

Your data is encrypted and securely stored. We only access your data to execute your requested workflows. Execution screenshots and logs are retained for 30 days to allow you to review history, then automatically deleted. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Can I save my browser sessions?

Yes! You can enable browser profile saving in Settings to keep your login sessions and cookies between agent runs. This means you won't need to log in again each time you run a task.

How do I share my workflows?

Click the share icon on any workflow to publish it to the community marketplace. You can add a description and choose a category to help others discover it. Shared workflows can be imported and customized by other users.

How do credits work?

Each agent run uses credits based on execution time. You can view your current balance and usage history in the Billing section. When you run low on credits, you can purchase more through our billing portal.

Is my login information secure?

Yes. If you enable browser profile saving, your session data is encrypted and stored securely. We never have access to your plaintext passwords. Each user's browser profile is isolated and cannot be accessed by other users.

Can I stop the agent while it's running?

Yes, you can stop the agent at any time by clicking the Stop button in the execution view. The agent will halt immediately and you'll only be charged for the time used.

What tasks is Linefox best suited for?

The Linefox agent excels at browser-based tasks including web research, data entry, form filling, downloading files, and navigating complex multi-step processes. Simply describe what you want done in plain language and our AI agent will figure out the steps and execute them for you.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@linefox.ai. We will process your request within 30 days and permanently delete all your personal information, workflows, and execution history.

Can minors use Linefox?

No, the Linefox platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@linefox.ai.
